Upload your company logo plus any other assets that you think we’ll need and then we can begin creating your content, which you can expect to receive within 5 business days.
When your content is ready, we’ll send you an email containing your login details to access your own personal dashboard. Here, you can review, edit and reschedule your posts if required, or submit feedback, request revisions, upload additional content, tell us of any upcoming initiatives you have and much, much more.

When you sign up you’ll be asked a few questions so we can find out more about your business and the type of content that you expect. We thoroughly research every company before creating content, so we will only post relevant content for your business, just like we would do for our own company.
We will create a variety of posts for your business based on the answers you provide in our questionnaire after signing up. This could be product/service information, company information, industry news, industry statistics, trivia, quotes etc based on your preferences. We aim to create a mixture of educational, promotional and entertaining content to attract and engage your audience.
Of course! You retain full access to your social media accounts so you can post as little or as often as you like. Plus, you can use your personal dashboard to schedule your own posts (in addition to the posts we schedule for you) to multiple profiles all at once!
Absolutely. You can review all scheduled content by logging in to your personal dashboard. Here you can review, edit and reschedule posts, submit feedback, request revisions, upload additional content for us to use and much more.
We create and schedule your posts every 14 days, so you only need to review your posts once every fortnight. We’ll send you an email each time your new posts are ready to review and give you at least 72 hours notice before the first post is due to be published. This will allow you enough time to make changes or request a revision if necessary.
Subscribers to our Essential Plan are entitled to 1 content revision per month, Professional Plan subscribers are entitled to 2 content revisions per month, and those subscribed to our All Inclusive Plan are entitled to 3 content revisions per month. You can add more revisions to your plan for a small additional monthly fee in the Manage Account menu in your personal dashboard.
We have a team of content creators based in English-speaking countries worldwide. You will be matched with a content creator who specialises in creating content for businesses in your specific industry. Your content creator will be responsible for researching your business and creating your posts every month.
Yes. Once subscribed to one of our plans, you can select extra profiles to add to your subscription for an additional monthly fee during signup, or at a later date in your personal dashboard.
Yes. We include one monthly blog article (500 words) as part of our All Inclusive plan. All our blogs are SEO-optimised to help boost your Google ranking. You can add extra blog articles to your plan via your dashboard for an additional monthly fee.
We are able to create and schedule content for your business on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. You decide which platforms are suitable for your company during signup.
